Directions to use

*Diffuse it in the home or office when you have a cold, flu or anything else that is coming on.* Keep it handy when you are going on a plane or train or on a road trip with a pack of kids in the car.*Place few drops on cotton wool balls and place under mattress. *Put 30 drops in 100ml spring water mist bottles and spray in rooms etc… *Put 8-10 drops in candle burner,* place 2-3 drops on tissue and deeply inhale or inhale straight from bottle *put 2-3 frops in a good quality carrier and apply on the soles of your feet. Do not let the liquid come into contact with skin.
