Launching their “Off-The-Shelf” healthy food selection, Kemara Life recently hosted a food tasting to feature their new menu and line-up of healthy foods that will change your view on guilt-free eating while also enjoying the food you eat.
The Kemara Menu featured everything from waffles, tacos, and veggie crisps to dips, nut butters, vegan dressings, jams, and even a few of those things we often rule out when it comes to healthy eating, including cookies and desserts.
The new range had a focus on the types of food we love, as you can grasp from the expansive list of comfort foods. However, the foods were made to be healthy, utilising incredibly vibrant ingredients. Allowing customers to drop by anytime and stock up on healthy snacks, treats, and bites, the menu is readily available for Kemara’s patrons to enjoy.
In line with the ethos of the Kemara Cuisine brand, Kemara Life CEO Kishani Gunawardena assures you that the items are all free of gluten, grains, dairy, and processed sugars, which also makes it a perfect choice for people with dietary restrictions and those looking to lose weight and curb their cravings.
Sharing her journey with Keara Life, Gunawardena also stated: “Kemara Cuisine was a journey I embarked on many years ago, driven by the challenges many of my customers were facing, not only in terms of weight loss, but more importantly challenges with their gut health, food intolerances, autoimmune issues, diabetes, allergies, and more that led them to struggle daily with their food.”
It can be noted that the menu expands on the company’s popular health foods menu that offers a wide range of meal choices, desserts, and treats. These options are all available for pre-order, all created on the principles of the paleo diet which makes them gluten, grain, dairy, and sugar-free.
